There are two big cultural centres in Vrontados. These centres are equipped with rooms for lectures, a library and a museum.
The centres are: F.O.V. (Progressive Club of Vrontados) and P.E.K.E.V. (Progressive Cultural and Social Union of Vrontados).
In the time after the Second World War a folklore museum was founded by F.O.V.
It shows several exhibits of churchly and demotic art.
In order to take active part in sports or to watch sports the youth of Vrontados goes to the stadium named Fafalion.
Many people do sailing, especially at the famous beach Ormos Lo which offers all the required equipment.
